Class Options

  • Hot45

    This class is a high intensity lift. Meant to push your limits and tone all muscle groups. Each instructor brings their unique blend of exercises, but the core of the class involves super set exercises with as many reps as possible in a certain time frame.

  • Vinyasa

    The class structure is that each pose is to be a flow from one position to the next. Each instructor puts their unique twist on this style of yoga. Power Vinyasa may involve more core stabilizing moves, along with poses that challenge your strength. All Vinyasa classes are a combination of challenge yourself in a pose and eventually come to a resting position for recovery. Great for all levels and any beginners.

  • Move Strong With Diane

    You will certainly leave this class inspired and motivated after Diane shows you how to push past your limits. This class is great for anyone who isn’t sure about lifting or doing hard things, but would like to try.

  • Yin

    This is a very slow and low class. Each teacher puts their own variation on the mix of poses. Traditionally, Yin is holding a pose for upwards of 5 minutes at a time. Great for unwinding stuck-ness and pain in the body. Great for any level!

  • Pilates45

    This is a mat pilates class. Each workout is uniquely curated to tone, strengthen and lengthen. You’re as young as your spine is healthy and this class will drastically help improve your posture and tone your figure.

  • Breathwork

    Breathwork is exactly what is sounds like. You’re expanding your breath in a sequence that will create a change in your physiology. There are many kinds of breathwork and each time you do it you will have a different experience. One thing is certain, this is an incredibly powerful tool to move stuck energy in the form of emotions, pain, increase your metabolism and even strengthen your immune system. Great for all, especially those who want to experience different states of being/consciousness.

  • Yoga With Weights

    This class is as it sounds. Light weights added to your yoga class for a little extra challenge.

  • Body & Bands

    This class is a Tyler special. A low impact movement class that is great for building muscle. If you’re just looking to get back into working out or want add a recovery workout into your work this is your class. Take into consideration that this doesn’t mean this class is easier than others, it is simple different because the bands are great for resistance training and safe for all levels.

  • Strength. Power. Abs.

    This class is a fusion class. Pilates meets strength training. Your core is involved in every movement you make and this class is a great way to make the connection of your core’s involvement in all exercises. Tone with some intensity.
